Bio

Michael Deibert is a Canadian painter, focusing on landscapes and figure painting. Born in Toronto, he completed an undergraduate degree in Philosophy at the University of British Columbia. In 2024, he studied figure drawing at Studio Escalier in Paris, France. His works have been exhibited in Vancouver and Toronto. As a writer, his debut chapbook of poetry, 'The Gunshot Before the Marathon' was published by the Soapbox Press in 2019.
